What do I do if an item arrives damaged?
We have years of experience packing and shipping. If an item does happen to arrive damaged, you will need to present the item, ALONG WITH THE PACKAGING, to the Post Office or UPS office and file a claim. You must keep the packaging and present it along with the item at the post office. We make sure our shipping standards meet safety for breakage with both USPS and UPS. What Shipping Carrier do you use?
Generally items are shipped Priority Mail with insurance. Occasionally items may be shipped UPS Ground, if the size of the item precludes other shipping methods. In both cases, you will need to sign for the package.
